Shipping and Delivery

We ship to most countries within the European Union and worldwide. Please contact us if your country is not listed at checkout.

Processing Time: Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 3–7 business days. Please note that processing times for custom orders may be longer.

Delivery Times: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination and postal carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services, customs clearance, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Address: It is the buyer's responsibility to provide a correct and complete shipping address. We are not liable for packages lost or returned due to an incorrect address. Any costs associated with reshipping the order will be the buyer's responsibility.

International Orders: For orders shipped outside the EU, the recipient is solely responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply.  "All international orders are shipped on a DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) basis. This means that all transportation costs, as well as any applicable customs duties and import taxes, are fully prepaid by us as the sender. Consequently, the recipient will not be responsible for any additional charges upon delivery."
