The legislation of the Republic of Latvia stipulates that the owner of an online store must specify the terms for the delivery and return of goods, as well as the right of withdrawal. Such an agreement is called a distance contract (Cabinet of Ministers regulations).

  • All products are handmade and, as such, may have slight and unique variations in color, shape, or size. These characteristics are inherent to the handmade nature of our products and are not considered defects.

  • Product descriptions and images are provided as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your device's display will accurately reflect the true color of the product.

  • Prices are listed in Euros (EUR) and include Value Added Tax (VAT) where applicable. Shipping costs are not included in the product price and will be calculated at checkout.

  • We reserve the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. The version of the terms that will apply to your order will be those on the website at the time you place your order.

2. Orders and Payment

  • By placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms and conditions.

  • Accepted payment methods include credit/debit cards, bank transfer, and PayPal (availability may vary depending on the platform).

  • Your order will be processed and dispatched only after full payment has been received and cleared.

  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order for any reason, including limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies in product or pricing information, or if we suspect fraudulent activity.

3. Shipping and Delivery

  • We ship to most countries within the European Union and worldwide. Please contact us if your country is not listed at checkout.

  • Processing Time: Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 3-7 business days. Please note that processing times for custom orders may be longer.

  • Delivery Times: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination and postal carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services, customs clearance, or other circumstances beyond our control.

  • Shipping Address: It is the buyer's responsibility to provide a correct and complete shipping address. We are not liable for packages lost or returned due to an incorrect address. Any costs associated with reshipping the order will be the buyer's responsibility.

  • International Orders: For orders shipped outside the EU, the recipient is solely responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply.

4. Returns and Exchanges

  • Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers): In accordance with EU law, you have the right to return your purchase within 14 days of receiving the product. To initiate a return, please contact us first.

  • Return Conditions: To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.

  • Return Shipping: Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • Non-Refundable Items: Custom or personalized items are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective.

5. Damaged or Lost Items

  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at [email protected] within 48 hours of delivery, providing clear photo evidence of both the damaged item and the packaging.

  • We will offer a replacement or a full refund, including shipping costs, for confirmed damaged items.

  • If your parcel is considered lost (i.e., has not arrived within the expected timeframe and tracking information has not updated), we will open an investigation with the postal service. A refund or replacement will be provided once the case is officially resolved with the carrier.

6. Privacy and Data Protection

  • We are committed to protecting your privacy. Your personal data is treated with full confidentiality and is used solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order and providing customer service.

  • We do not share your data with third parties, except for trusted partners essential for order fulfillment, such as delivery services.
